StudioAD has finalized plans to purchase and renovate the historic Weybosset Mills Dye House, ca. 1880, the later part of 2007.

The Dye House was part of a 19th century industrial complex in the Olneyville section of Providence, Rhode Island. It was started as a merino (cotton) mill by John Waterman in 1836. Decades later it grew into an important wool manufacturing mill under the Weybosset Company beginning in 1864.

The 16-bay-by-2-bay one-half story production shed features a flat mill roof, brick masonry, quarry-faced sills and brick segmental arched windows. After renovations are complete, the Weybosset Mills Dye House will be home to StudioAD.
