Recently, StudioAD was selected to complete a $37 million dollar renovation to the Hyatt Regency in Newport. StudioAD is the prime consultant and will manage eight teams of local and national consultants to complete the repositioning and transition of ownership. StudioAD will work closely with regulatory agencies and legal representation, as well as local political representatives to assure smooth approvals.

National Hotel Developer/Owner selects StudioAD for due diligence team for future acquisitions. As a member of the due diligence StudioAD will assess the property for architectural, code and ADA issues to be considered for future renovations.

Summer 2007, completing successful conversion of Colorado Springs Hotel to a Marriott and also conversion of Kansas City Intercontinental.

StudioAD is currently working with Davidson Hotel Company on various projects within their portfolio including 3-4 star properties and resorts.

StudioAD-Chile should be finalized in March 2007 to help support StudioAD, Ltd with its overseas ventures. Mr. Henderson feels the creation of this entity will allow the firm to take advantage of world resources to strengthen the design team.

StudioAD begins a $15 million renovation of a 4-star property in Stamford Connecticut in March 2007. Repeat clientele and successful designs continue to provide opportunities for growth.

StudioAD is purchasing and renovating the historical 1880 Dye House of the Weybosset Mills complex at 46 Dike St, Providence, RI and will be moving their headquarters in October 2007.

StudioAD selected to convert The Hyatt Newport, RI and the Hyatt, Lexington, KY to first two Hyatt franchises in 20 years.
